wyrd Posted September 22, 2003 Posted September 22, 2003 Where can I get info on making plugins for IE? Like those funky news tickers or that googlebar thing. I just need a link to something to get me started (ie; msdn documents, what classes I should be looking at, tutorial). Thanks. Quote Gamer extraordinaire. Programmer wannabe.
whosyodaddy Posted September 24, 2003 Posted September 24, 2003 yea man that would be hella cool! anybody know where to start? how?:D Quote
samsmithnz Posted September 24, 2003 Posted September 24, 2003 Soon you won't be able to call them plugins, the company that 'invented' them is suing Microsoft, Netscape, etc... I'm sure the MS marketing guys will think of a new flash name for us... But isn't a plug in just a userdocument? (do they still exist in .net?). not that anyone has ever used them. :):):):):) Quote Thanks Sam http://www.samsmith.co.nz
