Displaying Text whilst hovering above a button

Could someone please tell me how to display a little message whilst hovering above a button or a entry field of some kind?

 

I take it i need to use the hover event of the button, but what i need to know is how i can display the msg in a nice little yellow box like microsoft does.

If this is a windows application add a tooltip control to the form and the other controls will get a 'Tool Tip on Tooltip1' property. Add the text you want to appear there.
