morgainebrigid Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 I am new to programming, although I have experience with HTML.. I want to learn .net, and I've read on the forums that you can do .net with just notepad and the framework 1.1 . I'm used to using notepad for HTML, so I figure I should be able to learn .net on it too. I don't think my computer can handle anything that requires more memory than notepad anyway, plus I'm running Windows ME, and they seem to want you to have Windows 2000 or higher. Are there any tutorials for using notepad? Or can somebody tell me how to get started? Once I learn to turn the darn thing "on" I can probably start figuring stuff out. Hope I don't sound too dumb:p Quote
