Diablicolic Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 This is an example I've picked up that's about running a video using DirectX on the form that the code is being used on: MyVideo.Owner = Me But you see I don't want the video to run on the Form, and have the form resized. I want the video to play like at the top center of the form, so that I can do stuff on the bottom :) Quote "Reality is fake, Dreams are for real"
*Experts* Bucky Posted August 7, 2003 *Experts* Posted August 7, 2003 Don't set the Owner to a form. Assuming that Owner can be any class that inherits from Control, create a PictureBox in the corner of your form and set the Owner property to that. Diablicolic Posted August 7, 2003 Author Posted August 7, 2003 That works perfectly, thank you! Quote "Reality is fake, Dreams are for real"
