Tooltips for user methods and objects

I want to know how I can add the tooltips that provide a description of the methods used when scrolling trough the objects and methods with intellisense.

and so that the description also appears in the object browser.

tihs is very simple

 

if you are using C# then before the function

/// This Function Creates a backup with out encrypting it
/// </summary>

{
}

 

i m not sure for VB

VB doesn't support XML documentation like that yet, but it should do in a future version.
