does the app. installer include Dotnetfx?

If i bulid my application folowing all the instractions of the .NET enviroment, does the Dotnetfx and the mdac is inatalled too? ( i did read the article that you pointed in thread #1, but i couldn't understand if it does or not)

 

If my installer does not include the files, can i built one installer that include the dotnetfx, the mdac and my app.?
