Writing to Excel

I am building a program using webforms to write information into an Excel spreadsheet from text in the textboxes of the webform. I am getting an ActiveX error not quite sure why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Server cannot create the ActiveX component. The program worked fine using the windows form however it gives this error using the webform. The server is local thus it is my machine.
