sql query syntax

I want to select the names of the people where the field "age" is empty.

I 've written my query this way :

"SELECT name FROM MyTable WHERE age ='' "

 

When I execute the program there is no result (0 record found, but there ARE people where the field "age" is empty in my table :confused: )

 

What is the right syntax for my query?
