The closest shipping date in June 14 as i was notified, but this doesnt mean that it wont be shipped later... Quote

The IDE won't start up faster. On the fly coding while debugging is not contained in the new version. What's the benefit then ? Quote .nerd

VS.NET 2003 and .NET 1.1 are primarily a bugfix release, hence the low price (covering shipping and media).
