change bgImage at Runtime

Ive read a few threads on here about resource files and embedding the system.drawing.bitmap but i still do not have any firm grasp of how an image's path and filename are stored.

 

What if i wanted to allow the user to change the background image at runtime?

if it's anything like using the Bitmap or Imgae object then let the user selct their image file, and set the background to it?

ok but i dont understand where the path to the file is kept

so i wouldnt know what to make changes to in order to store the path to their new file as a preference
