hog Posted May 16, 2003 Posted May 16, 2003 Something I've never done before is create an icon fo VB? Is there a package that comes with VB Pro or do you need to buy a third party product? Quote My website
sjn78 Posted May 16, 2003 Posted May 16, 2003 I found a few good programs on the net. Just do a search for Icon Editor and there are plenty. You can import any type of image then save them as ico file. Most are 30 day trial programs, but that will get you started. You can then bring them into VB and edit them again using the internal tools of VB. Quote
hog Posted May 16, 2003 Author Posted May 16, 2003 Found one, and icon created and installed....ta :-) Quote My website

Guest mutant Posted May 17, 2003 Posted May 17, 2003 Right click your project, goto Add, Add New Item, scroll down to "Icon File". And the simply add it. Or just add an existing ico file to your project and double click it. That icon editor is pretty cool. Quote
