Webservices Data Classes "public"

Hey there, Ive been messing with SOAPBlogger and i've seen they have made 3 data/structure classes public somehome, so you can create them from the webservice direct, how do you do this?

Make reference to the Web service's assembly in the application that consumes it. Then declare an instance of the service's class and access the type via it. If the Web service isn't in a compiled form rearrange it so it is.
