Path problem

I got this path:

C:\Documents and Settings\Arie\My Documents\tel\Phillipe.txt

 

and I need to pass it as an argument to a PkZip process.

Only PkZip will take the old fashion arg style:

C:\Docume~1\Arie\...etc

 

is there a function that could allow me to format the path back to old path style?
