lothos12345 Posted May 21, 2002 Posted May 21, 2002 Please help. When attempting to program ASP.NET pages I am getting the error of server does not support the debugging of ASP.NET. I am developing on a local machine that has the complete installation of Visual Studio.NET. I have already set debug to True in the Web.Config of my project. I do have the IIS installed on my computer and I am running Windows 2000 Professional as a operating system. I have no ideal why I am getting this error can anyone help please. Again any help with this situation would be greatly appreiciated. Quote

Daspoo Posted February 26, 2003 Posted February 26, 2003 Does the "Script Debugging" selection in the Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Add/Remove Windows Components exist for Win2K Pro? Is that installed? (That may be a dumb question, b/c I don't believe it shows up in WinXP Pro...) That may be something worthwhile to check on. Solemn Phoenix Posted February 27, 2003 Posted February 27, 2003 I fail to see the relevance of the question, but yes, it does show up... Quote
Daspoo Posted February 27, 2003 Posted February 27, 2003 Hey, just something else to look for and eliminate as a possibility. Obviously if we had all the answers, we wouldn't have to post to a forum... Quote 3,450,897,223 posts away from crazy...
