Getting Anchor Tag link and Anchor Text from pdf file in c#

i am converting pdf file to image file(each file).

now in my image file the link option was not able to use.

 

 

now i want to Getting Anchor Tag link and Anchor Text from pdf file in c# and assign those links to my image file.

 

how to do this..
