i am also getting error "-

cat.Tables.Append(adoxTab)

'cat.Tables.Append(adoxTab)'

threw an exception of type

'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException'

void {System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException}

Please let me know what to do for this
