Combo Box History (Recent Items)

How can I create a combobox that saves the most recent items entered in a spreadsheet. I will later on want to add two numbers to each item saved. My idea is to have the user enter players in a game, and the file will save the player's name, wins, and losses. There will be two comboboxes with the same items, but no two items should be the same.

please be a little more specific... are you using an excel spreadsheet? If you are making a game are you sure a spreadsheet is what you need... That sounds like a job for a database.
