interface excel trough VB.NET

Hi

 

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but it seems along similar queries to my own;

 

I want to add a box to my VB project that will basically be an excel worksheet, 8 coloumns wide and 80 odd rows long, how do i go about this?

Apologies, this is my first time using Visual Studio, but i have the rest of the logic for my program outlines in excel VBA so am hoping it wont be too hard after these initial stages
