Outlook 2007 Plugin

Hi, I never wrote a plug-in for Office products, but this is a very useful thing...

This is what I want:

 

In outlook 2007 when user right clicks on an email message and select one, a menu item should be added with a custom name, and when user select it, it runs my program with a command...

 

I also need the headers of selected email to be sent to me... But this is long and cannot be sent via commands yes?
