Sync files with FTP site

Not sure where the best place to post this question is.

 

I need to automatically (live, or on a schedule) sync files in a folder on my PC with a folder on a FTP site.

 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a software to accomplish this?

As in, not the code to do it, just an app?

 

There's a ton out there, haven't used many.
