Find Physical Printers

Hi Guys,

 

Using the Printer Class it is not too hard to find all the installed printers and print drivers. But how can I find only the physical printers, like a Lexmark, HP, Epson, etc.

While working with Win32_Printer Class you may wish to check out GetDeviceCaps to retrieve some information on device.

Although I am not sure if it leads you to what you want.

But you can have a list of the common ones hard coded.
