Is there a way to define what you want your .DLL file to be in Visual Studio 2005?

The only time I've worked with Visual Studio on a website is when I took over a web project @ work. They used VS 2003 and the .DLL file was always named the same as the project.

This randomly named .DLL file is really annoying.

Thanks in advance!

Check out the project's properties. You can accomplish this in there somewhere.

Got it.

Under Publish Web Site, make sure the "Use Fixed Naming...." option is set.

Thanks
