How to avoid someone to adding our assemblies via "add reference"

There is any way to avoid someone to use our .Net assemblies in other project via "Add reference..." ???

I believe you'll want/need to create a license - I've never done this, but seen it done by 3rd party vendors. Here's an article on MSN that may help point you in the right direction:
