System wide hotkey in j#

and if you can, i would appreciat it if you would put it into sample code..

i found a solution

 

i coded a dll in c# and and used j# to call on it.

if anyone reads this and wants the code and dll, then just reply. i usually check my forums daily.

so ill post it as soon as i can.
