bjay55 Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 I was wondering if there was a way to track what files or registries a excutable file accesses while it is running. Thank You for any help. Quote
Administrators PlausiblyDamp Posted September 2, 2006 Administrators Posted September 2, 2006 http://www.sysinternals.com has a couple of free utilities that might be useful. FileMon and RegMon qill handle the file and registry tracking. Also ProcessExplorer will allow you to see what file handles / dlls are open (amongst other things) by a process.
