Error while running Cruisecontrol.net + NAnt

Has anyone every seen this error from either cruisecontrol.net or NAnt? If so could you please explain it. Note that it is not a syntax error in my xml code.

 

Exception: System.Xml.XmlException: Name cannot begin with the '>' character, hexadecimal value 0x3E. Line 133, position 86

What does that particular line look like?

My ccnet.config only has 119 lines so it must be in my main NAnt.build file. Here is line 133.
