how can i detect all keyboard presses and their application in windows?

i want create an app that record all keyboard and which app used for it.

who can help and how can i do it?

What is the purpose of the application? The reason I ask is a keylogger is on kind of dodgy ground. For you to get help in this forum people will have to be sure your not using the code for nefarious purposes.
