ASP.NET print letter by range

I am writing a web application (ASP.NET).

I using crystal report feature provided by VS.NET to produce my letter,

but user need to export to PDF before printing.

 

But the problem is, when user want to print a range of letters,

the alignment will jump a bit from 1 page to 2 page,

it means the 10th page, the page totally cannot use...

 

May I know how to solve this problem?

This is crystal report problem or PDF? or ASP.NET problem?
