downloading asp.net 2.0 & html controls

Hi

I am a bit new to asp.net. I want to know the url from where I download asp.net 2.0 for free. Please tell me that where do I click for downloading asp.net 2.0 because on msdn site I found many links to download I don't know which is suitable one for me. My pc(Pentium 4, more then 2.2 GHz) has Windows XP Professional.

I also want to know any url for free tutorial on asp.net 2.0. Because I m facing problems in using html controls inside form runat="server".
