Add control to VS2005 toolbox

I've been trying to add a control to the toolbox of VS2005. but I can't get it to work.

 

Is there anyone kind enough to tell me how I should do this? Or give me an example.... preferably for a control for a web environment...

 

I have found the link below but it doens't seem to work.
