this.opener.location.reload with ShowModalDialogBox

Hi all,

 

I am opening a window as a modal dialog box and returning values to the parent window after some database operations which need to be reflected to the parent window.

 

For that I want to refresh the parent window upon the unload of the child modal dialog box.

 

for that in child window's body tag I added:

 

onunload="this.opener.location.reload();"

 

But it raises an error stating that this.opener.location is null or not and object.

 

 

Kindly Help.
