Infragistics UltraWebTab + UserWebControls

I am trying to use the Infragistics Ultrawebtab Version 5.3. In previous versions you were able to drag the tab control onto the page, and create the individual tabs. You could then right click on the tab control and select "Quick Design" and choose one of the tabs to work on. This allowed you to drag on webusercontrols onto each tab individually.

 

By using the following code, it would be possible to access functions in one control from another.

dim webTab as Infragistics.webui.ultrawebtab.ultrawebtab
webtab = me.parent.page.findcontrol("UltraWebTab")

dim general as uctrlGeneral
general = webTab.findcontrol("usrctrlGeneral1")
general.HelloWorld()

 

Any suggestions on how this can be achieved with Infragistics UltraWebTab version 5.3
