Not Responding

I have been developing a program in visual basic.net for a long time and everytime i run debug or release it has always worked just fine. but all of a sudden when i run debug it will build it fine but then visual basic freezes up and it shows that its Not Responding and my program shows up in the taskmanager but does show on the screen.

 

but what i found out is that it is actually building it just fine.. if i go to the .exe that it builds and open it, it will open just fine.. it seems like visual basic.net just can't launch it.. it started doing this just sometimes, but now it does it every time i try to run debug or release.

 

any ideas? i have already tried uninstalling visual basic and reinstalling but it didn't seem to work.

i fixed the problem finally.. i renamed my projects folder and all of a sudden it started working again.. i dunno what caused it, but at least it works now :)
