How to view Unicode character in Windows Mobile?

I have developed a Windows Mobile application in VB.net.

All the function works veru well except the unicode problem.

 

I am putting foreign language and it can be view in Windows XP and 2000, because we just need to enable the supplemental language support in

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages

 

My doubt is, can i do the same thing in windows mobile? or in what way should I write my program in order to view the unicode?
