According to MS, it seems like GDI+ only works for WinXP...

 

"GDI+ is the subsystem of the Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system that is responsible for displaying information on screens and printers."

 

If the .NET framework is installed on a win98 computer, or any other OS that's supported, can they run GDI+ programs?

That is news to me. I thought that GDI+ was part of the .Net Framework, whereas GDI was a part of Windows. As a matter of fact, I remember hearing about updates that would occur in GDI+ in version 2 of the framework.
