I'm not positive about this, but I believe all you need to do is put the actual .aspx page into a secure directory on the server. For added protection you may want to use your own encryption method ontop of the http://HTTPS://. For example, my web host offers secured servers (HTTPS://) for a slightly extra monthly cost. All you need to do is put your .aspx page(s) in the secure directory. I know, I repeated myself a few times there...bare with me.
