davearia Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Hi All, I am playing around with the idea of doing some .NET development that would make use of voice recognition. I have downloaded Microsoft Speech Recognition SDK 5.1 as a start. Does anyone know of any good links or any other good suggestions on this subject? Thank, Dave. :D :D :D Quote
Nate Bross Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 I don't know about with .NET, but I used the object browser and Legacy Visual Basic to make a chat program with voice command/input. Is the new sdk specifically for .NET, or is it the old COM version? I have an example of the old COM version upgraded to .NET through the vb upgrader. If you want I'll post it. travisowens Posted September 19, 2005 Posted September 19, 2005 <sarcasm> You'd be amazed at what you'll find at this one cool site, it's called Google.com "Microsoft Speech Recognition C#" or "Microsoft Speech Recognition tutorial" etc. </sarcasm> Quote Experience is something you don't get until just after the moment you needed it
