Could you be a little more specific as to what you mean? Do you mean you want to create a procedure that all forms can use? If thats the case, you could put the procedure in a class or module.

Inside of Visual Studio, Go to project ---> Add Class and give the class a name. Inside the class, put your procedure. Say for example, the class was called ClassMain. Now you would go into the form that wants to use the class and you would declare a new instance of the class as such:

 

Dim cls As New ClassMain()

 

Now lets assume you put a method inside of ClassMain called 'ShowMessage'

You could then call the ShowMessage method inside the form by typing

 

cls.ShowMessage()

 

This is just a quick example. I'm sure if you search the Tutorials section, someone has posted a good Tutorial explaining a better way to approach and understand the concept of classes. Let me know if you need anymore assistance.
