Best way to post information or call other pages

I would like to know wich way is the best to call other webforms or simply post some information, is using a asp Button or a simple html button inside a form?

1. Form submit with either Get, or Post methods. (Querystring/Form fields)

2. Redirect with querystrings

3. Server.Transfer

 

#1,2 being the easiest.
