Where is my Assemblyinfo.cs

For some odd reason my App.ico and AssemblyInfo.cs are gone. Don't ask i don't know what happend. The question now is : Is there a way of recreating these files? without having to create a new project?

You can write your own, or just create a new project and copy the new file into your current one.
