How do I: protecting source code so developers cannot steal the source?

Has anyone used any reliable systems for protecting source code so developers cannot steal the source?

What are your overall thoughts on protecting source code (internally as well as externally)?

Thoughts: Protecting_source_code = Generic.Description.Good

I think you can use the obfuscator. I think it comes with any of the pro versions of vs.net. (meaning vb.net basic does NOT come with it)

It does come with vs.net professional. You can also buy better ones. Supposedly, the best ones will usually crash decompilers/dissassemblers or at least simply not disassemble. I've never tried one though; I'm not developing anything groundbreaking or particularly secure.
