Drag from ListBox to any Folder

I have a ListBox filled with file paths. I want to be able to drag the selected files from the ListBox to a windows explorer window. And I want to be able to press Ctrl and Shift to determine if the files are copied or moved from the original path, and start the animated windows copy/move function. Is this possible?

 

I'm using VB 2005 Express Beta 2.
