Hyperlink - Pass variable in the query string

I have a simple Hyperlink Web control, how do I pass a form variable in the query string when I click the Hyperlink?

 

Does anybody have an example of a Custom binding expression for the NavigateUrl property to do this simple task?

 

I found the above by clicking the design-time property called "(DataBindings)" of the Hyperlink control.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
