Editing Security Policies

I want to be able to edit my security policies (found in secpol.msc) using VB.NET. Any idea where to start?

secpol.msc looks like well formed XML/human readable text. I would think you would be able to just open it up and edit at will...

 

The trick would be figuring out what the fields actually mean and what the values are. I googled some stuff on "secpol.msc" and "edit secpol.msc" and there seems to be a lot of people out there looking to tweak/hack WinXP.. You should be able to find the information you need with a little digging.
