When I am developing in VS.Net I have a recurring problem where I have to copy the .dll's I am using from its Bin directory to c:\winnt\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322/Temporary ASP.Net/ and then the subdirectory for the program name

I will start the debugger and get the error, I copy the dll, then it will run fine until some other time that i start the debugger.

It never happens on the compiled site, so it is more of a pain than anything else, but I was wondering if there was some setting I am leaving out that makes it do this

The .dll is usually System.Web.Services but it can drop any of the references I have listed in the bin

THe error is a long error message (and, of course, I can't make it do it now, so I can't cut and paste it) centered around 'Publisher not found'
