*Experts* DiverDan Posted April 1, 2005 *Experts* Posted April 1, 2005 How about a VS Bug forum with possible work arounds? Quote Member, in good standing, of the elite fraternity of mentally challenged programmers. Dolphins Software
*Experts* Nerseus Posted April 4, 2005 *Experts* Posted April 4, 2005 I'd be up for a Visual Studio forum - could have more than just bugs, such as tips and tricks or just "how do I...?" type of questions. Seems like there are enough questions to warrant one, especially if questions about add-ons and such were directed there. Only two issues: 1. I think that some forum users may not "know" the difference between Visual Studio, .NET framework, and the language of choice - because they're so tightly integrated. Not a big deal, just some work for the mods to move posts around. 2. I wonder if there's an Admin around that can add the new forum? There was talk about a "Reviews" forum awhile back that sounded good, but no one to create it. -ner Quote "I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over. samsmithnz Posted April 4, 2005 Posted April 4, 2005 I tend to think these questions could just go in general or random stuff. I think there are already too many confusing sections, and we don't get that many questions about VS stuff, and I don't know of that many bugs either... Quote Thanks Sam http://www.samsmith.co.nz

Denaes Posted April 29, 2005 Posted April 29, 2005 I think that would be a HUGE help. Somewere where you can get into writing Macros/ VS Components, Errors, "How do I..." and other VS specific questions. Quote
*Experts* DiverDan Posted April 29, 2005 Author *Experts* Posted April 29, 2005 I think Nerseus is right, the Administrators, if any, don't read these posts and thus don't add any new forums. Oh well, the posts on this forum would have been a nice addition. Quote Member, in good standing, of the elite fraternity of mentally challenged programmers. Dolphins Software
