Cannot Compile Web Service

I am building my very first web service in VS .NET 2003, and when I try to compile my code, I am getting this error:

 

Could not copy built outputs to the Web. Unable to add ''C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\VSWebCache\VM-MACK-IBF\vtigerWebService\bin\vtigerWebService.dll'' to the project. Server error: The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator: bin/vtigerWebService.dll

 

It looks to me like a permission issue. If anyone can please give me some advice, it would be appreciated.

Are you running this on 2003 server? If so then this sounds like a Group Policy restriction that has been applied - you would need to speak to the administrator to see if this could be removed.
