Storing an Access database template in the resources of a program.

I have been wondering, since it�s not possible to create a new database from code without referencing to ADO, can we store a fully created database and store it in the resources of our program?

 

The above is probably possible but how do I get it from the resources and save it to disk to be used? An example invb.net would be awsome :)
