Create sliding forms?

Hi!

 

As a newbi to GUI development I'äm wondering if there is any way of creating "sliding sub forms" (for the lack of better name) to a main form, as you'd see for instance in WinAMP 5.03 (see screendump) when you set equalizer settings?

I don't think those are forms :P. Use ScrollBars (maybe you can set an image for the scroll bars to make them look leet) to slide 'em.

He's not talking about the individual equalizer sliders, but the whole panel that expands down from the bottom with the equalizer, options, and color themes tabs on it.
