How to interact a program(.net) with a page(.aspx)

Someone can give me an example of a program that interact with a aspx page, because i'm trying to make a program to update the same program, and in that w'll show a page of available updates, on selecting the update, the program w'ill capture the url of the file, version, etc, to download it.
